What is Restortative Golf Movement Program?
Golf fitness addresses the biomechanics
of the golf swing. This form of the movement program will help you to strengthen and tone the areas of the body to help
improve the power, force and speed in your drives. The customized program will address: - neck rotation
- ,
upper back and shoulder flexibility,
- lower
back and trunk stabilization,
- hand
& wrist stretching,
- hamstring
and quadriceps stretching and calves,
- achilles
tendon and ankle stretching.
The
Program will include: * Warm-up & Post GameMovements * Restricted Rotation Workouts * Athletic Golfer Workouts * Total Body Conditioning
Tools used- golf
clubs, medicine balls, resistant bands, body awareness moves.
